Kiwanis hears from LCAC

​The Gettysburg Adams Kiwanis Club heard from the Land Conservancy of Adams County at their March 13 meeting as part of the club’s continuing monthly speaker series.

The program focused on how the Land Conservancy achieves its mission of preserving the rural lands and character of Adams County. The presenters discussed the use of conservation easements and how they protect our farms, forests, and open countryside for the benefit of Adams County residents and future generations.
