National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) has announced the 2023 men’s and women’s “March Madness” brackets.
68 teams in each bracket will compete in a single-elimination tournament.
On the men’s side the top seeds are Alabama, Purdue, Houston, and Kansas.
10th-seeded Penn State will play Texas A&M in Des Moines on Thursday, while 8th-seeded Maryland will play West Virginia in Birmingham, also on Thursday.
The tournament will end with the final on April 3 in Houston

On the women’s side, the top seeds are South Carolina, Virginia Tech, Indiana, and Stanford.
10th-seeded West Virginia will play #2 Arizona; #2 Maryland will play #10 Holy Cross.
