Pennsylvania State Police is asking anyone from the public who knows any information about this incident to contact the Gettysburg office at 717-334-8111.
Charges were filed today against 37-year-old New Oxford resident Kyle Wesley Bartram in connection to the homicide of Keith Monn.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, troopers were called to a residence on Jacqueline Drive on December 12 for a welfare check on the 61-year-old Monn. Upon entry, they found Monn deceased, prompting an immediate homicide investigation by the Troop H – Major Case Team, in coordination with the Adams County Coroner’s Office and the District Attorney’s Office.
Charges filed against Bartram include criminal homicide and robbery. The police believe this to be an isolated incident with no current threat to the public. The specifics of the cause and manner of death await autopsy results.
The investigation is ongoing, and the State Police have assured that further details will be shared with the public as they become available.
The State Police emphasize their commitment to transparency and encourage the public to consider all information as preliminary until the investigation concludes.
