The pandemic has claimed another fall tradition in Gettysburg — the sounds of football games being played in Musselman Stadium at Gettysburg College. The Centennial Conference in which Gettysburg College participates announced yesterday that it will suspend its Fall 2020 sports schedule including the entire football season. The conference said it would reevaluate this decision by the end of September, leaving the possibility that other fall sports may be played. The conference said it would also explore the possibility of shifting certain fall sports, including football, to the spring.
