onnie L. Hutchison, 65, of Gettysburg, PA passed away at the York Hospital after a long illness on Saturday, July 6, 2024 with her husband by her side holding her hand. Born August 25, 1958 in Gettysburg, she was the daughter of Alice (Kump) Black of Wenksville, PA and the late Charles F. Black. Connie is survived by her husband of forty- four years, Richard W. âRickâ Hutchison and her beloved son, Craig Hutchison of Gettysburg. She was a 1977 graduate of Biglerville High School and had been employed by Osborne Printing Co. and later at H & H Pontiac in Gettysburg. Connie was a member of St. James Lutheran Church in Gettysburg where she had volunteered for several years. In addition to her husband, son and mother, she is survived by four sisters, Dorothy Black of Wenksville, Kay Heflin (Robbie) of Gettysburg, Peggy Riley (Dan) of Carroll Valley, PA, and Cindy Wagaman (Andy) of Bendersville, PA her brother, Jay Black (Tracey) of Biglerville, PA, a number of nieces and nephews and her mother-in-law, Glorianne Hutchison of Gettysburg. Connie was predeceased by her father and a sister, JoAnn Black. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 12, 2024 at the Monahan Funeral Home in Gettysburg with her Pastor, Rev. Andrew Geib, officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Cemetery, Gettysburg. A visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, July 11th from 6:00-8:00 PM and on Friday, July 12th from 10:00-11:00 AM.
