Cynthia Ann Cindy Small, 68, of Fairfield, PA passed away at her home on Saturday, December 7, 2024./pBorn August 24, 1956 in Gettysburg, PA to the late Thomas “Tub” Janet (Shields) Small./pCindy is survived by her daughter and son in law, Crystal and Curtis MacBeth of Biglerville; her loving brothers and sister in laws, Thomas Small, William Small, Joseph and Lisa Small; Michael and Pamela Small of Gettysburg; and her nieces and nephews; Cody Small, William Henry Emily Star Small, Zachary Thomas Small, Justin Michael Small of Littlestown, Jessica Nichole Small and great nephew Lane Michael Small of Gettysburg./pbr/pCindy was a proud graduate of the Hanover Practical Nursing program and passed her State Board Exam in 1976. She previously worked as an LPN at Gettysburg Hospital where she loved caring for the community.
