Delores “Sue” E. Fox, 85, of Littlestown, passed away Monday, March 16, 2026, at Gettysburg Hospital, surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of the late Danny Lee Fox, who passed away on April 14, 2013.
Born February 27, 1941, in Thurmont, MD, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Pauline (Grable) Hubbard.
Sue retired from Master Brands, Littlestown, and she and her husband owned and operated the Two Mile Inn outside of Littlestown for many years. She enjoyed watching NASCAR and cheering for Ernie Irvan, Tony Stewart, and most recently, Justin Allgaier. Sue especially enjoyed spending time with her family and her dog, Teddy.
She is survived by her children, Deborah Strupp (Danny), Slinger, WI, Danny Fox (Donna), Gettysburg, Debbra Newton (Jeff), Beaufort, NC, Robin Kofahl, Newport, NC, Denise Rutley (Tim), Slinger, WI, Donna Knight (Tommy), Gettysburg, PA, and Dawn Zeigler, Littlestown; sisters, Doris Willard, Myersville, MD, Martha Matthews (Roger), Parksley, VA and Eileen Black (Terry), Thurmont, MD; 21 grandchildren and 50 great grandchildren, with one on the way.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her brother, William “Bill” Hubbard, and grandsons, Joseph “Joey” Smith and Zane Fox.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2026, at 11 AM at Little’s Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 34 Maple Ave., Littlestown. The family will receive friends and family, beginning at 10 AM, with a private burial in Green Mountain, NC, later this spring.
