Dennis Lee Shoff, 72, of Carlisle, PA, passed away on Sunday, January 11, 2026, in the UPMC Harrisburg Hospital. He was born January 25, 1953, in Carlisle to the late Robert M. and Nettie Shoff.
Dennis worked for Carlisle SynTec for over 35 years. He was a volunteer firefighter for companies 50, 36, and 47, and often volunteered his time working for his community. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and farming.
Surviving are his loving wife, Donna J. (Sennett) Shoff of Carlisle; children, Barry and Robert Shoff, both of Carlisle; grandchildren, Aliesha, Elizabeth, Leona, and Samuel Shoff; great-grandchild, Kendra; and sister, Dorothy Shoff. In addition to his parents, Dennis was preceded in death by his daughter, Ruth Shoff; brothers, Steve and Fred Shoff; and grandson, Christian Shoff.
Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM in the Penn Township Firehouse, 1750 Pine Road, Newville, PA 17241. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are being handled by Hollinger Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc., Mt. Holly Springs.
