Emily D. Simmers, age 78 of Fayetteville, passed away June 4, 2025, at Paramount Senior Living. She was born December 31, 1946, in Gettysburg to the late Louis and Margaret (Rexroad) Diehl.
Emily is survived by her daughter, Andrea McMaster and husband, Daniel of Gardners; son, Darryl Gotwalt and wife, Kathy of Baltimore, MD; grandchildren, Brandon Gotwalt and wife, Elizabeth, Kaylan Gruehn and husband, Samuel, Seth McMaster and Trevor McMaster; great-granddaughters, Pippa Gotwalt and Charlotte Gotwalt and niece, Cindy Middleton of Michigan.
Professional services have been entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home, Inc., 111 S. Main Street, Bendersville. At the request of the family, there will be no viewing or service.
