Glenn V. Kelley (Sonny), 84, Gettysburg, PA, passed away Sunday, August 31, 2025, at WellSpan York Hospital.
He was born November 25, 1940, in Gettysburg, PA, the son of the late Cecil and Ruth Plank Kelley. Glenn is survived by his wife of 61 years, Rosemary Redding Kelley.

Glenn was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. For most of his career, he operated heavy equipment and was a foreman for Corman Construction. Earlier in his career, he worked for Leonard Shealer. Maitland Brothers and various union jobs in the area.
He enjoyed gardening, golf, birdwatching, watching wrestling and NASCAR, taking joyrides, and his daily trip to Sheetz for coffee. He loved spending time with his family and being a pap and a great grandpap.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter, Christine Ratcliff (Mark); a son, Michael Kelley (Sherry); six grandchildren: Madeline Lawrence (Theron), Josh Kelley, Molly Ratcliff, Alisha Kelley, Peter Ratcliff, and Ryan Kelley; one great grandson, Parker Lawrence and one unborn great granddaughter, Harper Rissmiller; a sister, Nancy Reichart and a brother, Richard Kelley.
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 5, 2025, at 2:00 PM from Monahan Funeral Home in Gettysburg with Pastor Jeff Sours officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Cemetery. There will be a viewing at the funeral home on Friday from 1:00 PM until the time of the service.
