
Born October 29, 1940 near Dillsburg, PA to the late Raymond E. Wagner, Sr. and Mary Ann (Trostle) Wagner.
Harvey is survived by his sister, Betty Waggoner; and his brothers, Marlin Wagner and Richard Wagner.
He is preceded in death by his brothers, Raymond Jr., Robert, Dean, Walter, and Dale; and his sisters, Kathryn Weigle, Dorothy Kehr, Evelyn Weaver and Elizabeth Wagner.
After graduating high school Harvey went on to work at Musselmanâs in Biglerville, and eventually went to work at the Navy Depot in Mechanicsburg until his retirement. After his retirement he worked at Clarkâs shoes in Hanover. Harvey was an avid gardener and always had a beautiful array of flowers in his front yard. He would frequently gift people red bud trees from his yard as well.
In accordance with Harveyâs wishes, he will be cremated with no services to follow.
Monahan Funeral Home in Gettysburg is assisting the family with arrangements.
