Jean E. Anthony, 90, of Littlestown, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026, at Mercy House, Chambersburg, PA.

Born June 20, 1935, in Littlestown, she was the daughter of the late William H., Sr. and Jeannette (Colgan) Anthony.

Jean graduated from Delone Catholic High School, McSherrystown, PA, St. Joseph School of Nursing, Lancaster, PA and St. Joseph College, Standish, ME. She was a registered nurse at Gettysburg Hospital for 44 years. Jean was a member of St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Littlestown, PA, the Adams County Nurses Association, and the Ding-a-Ling card club.

She is survived by her sister, Patricia Anthony, of Littlestown, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her sisters, Marie Linke, Theresa Redding, and Margaret Steinour, and her brother, William H. Anthony, Jr.

There will be a viewing on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, beginning at 9 AM at Little’s Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 34 Maple Ave., Littlestown, and then a procession to St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 29 S. Queen Street, Littlestown, for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM with Rev. C. Anthony Miller, Celebrant. Burial will be in St. Aloysius Catholic Cemetery, Littlestown.
