oe E. Allmon, Jr. age 78, of Fairfield, PA passed away suddenly at home on Monday, October 09, 2023. Born March 14, 1945 in Rockport, Indiana, he was the son of the late Joe E. Allmon and Alice Loper McClure. Joe is survived by his wife of 57 years, Carol (Baker) Allmon. He served proudly with the U.S. Army in 1963. Joe retired as a superintendent after many years of service with ECP. He enjoyed camping with his family, fishing and metal detecting. In addition to his wife, he is survived by two children, James Allmon (Kay) of Rock Hall, MD and Michele Morris of Fairfield, PA, six grandchildren, Samantha Morris, Rachel, Randy, Daisy, Dalaney and Danielle Allmon.
