Obituary: Keith R. Warehime

Keith R. Warehime, 63, of New Oxford and formerly of Littlestown, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, May 16, 2025.

Born November 10, 1961, in Gettysburg, he was the son of the late John Lewis and Betty Jean (Meckley) Warehime.

Keith graduated from Littlestown High School in 1979 and attended Kutztown University. An accomplished athlete, he was a member of the undefeated 1978 Littlestown High School Football team and placed second two times in High School Wrestling Regionals. He was employed as an editor and producer with Aljazeera, C-SPAN and Fox News. Keith was very passionate about High School Wrestling and was an avid Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Orioles fan. He enjoyed attending the Littlestown Fireman’s Carnival, loved classic Ramblers, and listening to Frank Zappa and the Grateful Dead.

He is survived by his sister, Elaine Warehime, York; brothers, John Warehime and wife Brenda, Littlestown and Robert Warehime and wife Sarah, Littlestown; half-sister, Loretta Werner; three nieces, Amy Garner, Dawn Siewert and Katie Warehime; nephew, Wesley Warehime and grand nieces, Camie Warehime, Carly Warehime, Deanna Garner and Emily Garner.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 22nd from 5 to 7 PM at Little’s Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 34 Maple Ave., Littlestown. Please join us at 7:00 PM to share your favorite memories of Keith. A private burial will be in Mount Carmel Cemetery, Littlestown.
