Kelli Ann Payne, 56, of Biglerville, PA, died Tuesday afternoon, June 17, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born October 13, 1968, in Bellefonte, PA, she was the daughter of Francis and Marjorie (Williams) Lyons, of Gettysburg, PA. She was the wife of Todd W. Payne of Biglerville, to whom she was married for 18 years.
Kelli was a 1986 graduate of Gettysburg Area High School. She was a self-employed massage therapist, an occupation that she enjoyed for nearly 20 years. She loved riding her motorcycle and was always looking to help out others. She loved her family, her friends, and her dogs with her whole heart.
In addition to her husband and parents, Kelli is survived by her daughter, Ashton and her husband Mark Mobley, of Bendersville, her son, Brice Leonard, of Philadelphia, her step-daughter Stephanie McCullough, of Georgia, her two grandchildren, Levi and River Mobley, her brother, Michael Lyons and his wife Nicole, and their two sons, Drake and Dalton.
A Celebration of Life for Kelli will be held Saturday, July 12, 2025, at the Lutheran Seminary Chapel. The family will accept visitors to pay their respects from 12:00 – 2:00 PM, with a service to follow. The Monahan Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
