She was born April 24, 1989 in Hershey, PA to Scot and Suzanne (Kerlin) Dolly.
Lauren was a 2007 graduate of Gettysburg High School, and a 2012 graduate of Shippensburg College where she received her Bachelorâs degree in Psychology. Most recently, Lauren worked for Pyramid Healthcare in Chambersburg. She assisted in various service programs as caregivers for people with disabilities, as well as a family and recovery therapist. Her life was spent devoted to the service and care of others. Lauren will be remembered as a giving, caring, and loving person who was always there to lend a hand to friends or family in a time of need. She had a wonderful sense of humor and could brighten anyoneâs day. She made so many friends along lifeâs journey who meant so much to her. Lauren was also a wonderful spouse to her wife and parent to their children. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her wife, Keira (Bechtel) Dolly; their children, Adalynn Bechtel and Crystalynn Dolly; her sister, Alison Maguire (Kevin); her sister-in-law, Selena Foy; her nieces and nephew, Kayden, Sarina, and Haven; and her paternal grandparents, Dale & Lynn Dolly.
She is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Merrill & Elizabeth Kerlin.
There will be a memorial service held on Saturday, June 22, 2024, 11AM at the Lower Marsh Creek Presbyterian Church, 1865 Knoxlyn Rd, Gettysburg, PA 17325. A visitation will precede the service beginning at 10AM where the family will receive friends and loved ones.
