Nancy Hunt Crabbin, 95, formerly of Towson, MD, died peacefully Friday, September 11, 2026, at Concordia SpiriTrust Lutheran at Gettysburg.
Born December 16, 1930, in New Freedom, PA, Nancy was the daughter of the late Benjamin S. and Mary (Hauff) Hunt. She was the wife of the late Charles A. Crabbin, whom she married in 1952. Nancy was also preceded in death by her sister, Idell Daniels, and her brother, Benjamin S. Hunter, Jr., who was killed in action during World War II.
Nancy graduated from Union Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in Baltimore in 1951 as a registered nurse. She worked for Union Memorial Hospital and later for the Baltimore County Department of Health for 26 years.
Nancy is survived by her daughter, Susan Crabbin, of Perry Hall, MD, and her son, William Crabbin, and daughter-in-law, Michelle, of Gettysburg, PA. In addition to her children, she is survived by her niece, Linda Foster (Richard), and her nephew, Richard Daniels.
