She was born January 24, 1942 in Sykesville, MD the daughter of the late Matthew and Josephine Reilly.
Penelope was employed by Perkinselmer Elements in Columbia, MD for a number of years. She enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her friends.
Mrs. Kessler is survived by a son, Michael Kessler and his wife Vicki of Gettysburg, PA, a grandson, Shane Kessler, her significant other, Walter âSonnyâ Wright and a brother, Oebm Benfrah.
