Ralph John Nucelli, 92, of Gettysburg, PA, passed away on August 12, 2026. Ralph was born in Rochester, NY, to the late John H. and Frances (Catalfamo) Nucelli.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Eleanor Yoder Nucelli, also of Gettysburg. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ann (Magrisi) Nucelli, in 1976.

Ralph graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami in Miami, Florida, in 1954. He served in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Army Reserves from 1957 until 1959, when he was honorably discharged. He then served in the Coast Guard Reserves until he was honorably discharged in 1963.

Following his Army service, Ralph worked as a private investigator in the Miami, Florida, area. Most of his working life was spent as a Patient Accounts Manager at hospitals in Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, where he worked at the Gettysburg Hospital from 1986 until his retirement.

During retirement, Ralph pursued his lifelong love of golf and reading. He was a member of the Gettysburg Lions Club. Gregarious and generous to all, he was dearly loved and will be missed.

In addition to his wife, Ralph is survived by his son Andrew (Kelly), and daughter Nicole (Ron), and four grandchildren – Tucker, Jackson, Isabelle, and Olivia.
