Randy M. Zechman, 70, of Littlestown, passed peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. He was the loving husband of Janet L. (Moser) Zechman, Littlestown; together they shared 52 years of marriage.
Born October 3, 1955, in Lebanon, PA, he was the son of Ruth Ann (Yorty) Zechman, Westminster, MD, and the late Donald Zechman.
Randy was employed with Aero Energy, New Oxford, for 45 years. Randy enjoyed racing local dirt tracks throughout the years. He was a 3-time track champion with wins at multiple tracks in PA and MD. He was a member of the York County Racing Club and the Auto Racing Club of Hagerstown, MD.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his children, Dan Zechman (Connie), York, PA, and Kristy Roop (Jesse), Littlestown; sisters, Cindy Hatfield (David), New Oxford, PA and Cathy Zechman (Tom Gettys), York, PA; brother, Mike Zechman (Blythe), Westminster, MD and grandchildren, Cameron, Liz and Ian.
He was preceded in death by his son, Paul Zechman, and grandson, Dillon.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026, at 12 noon at Little’s Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 34 Maple Ave., Littlestown, with Rev. Sam Chamelin officiating. A time to share memories and an opportunity to view will be on Monday from 10 AM until the start of the service at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Silver Run, MD.
