Born October 19, 1956 in Chambersburg, PA he was the son of the late Ralph and Crene (Barmont) Fleagle. He was the husband of Margaret Peggy Lee (Eiker) Fleagle to whom he was married to for 18 years.
Rick was a Veteran of the United States Air Force. He worked as an IT director at First Data in Hagerstown. He was a member of the Eagles of Waynesboro, the Blue Ridge Sportsmans Club and the Cascade American Legion. Rick was an outdoorsman enjoying hunting, fishing, and golf, as well as many other activities with family and friends.
In addition to his wife, Rick is survived by his two sons, Ralph Michael Mike Fleagle, of Shippensburg, PA, Joseph Paul Fleagle and his wife Michelle, of Kennebunkport, ME, step-son, Thomas S. Shane Snyder, of Winchester, VA, three grandchildren, Ryan, Alissa, and Annabel Fleagle, two brothers, Arnold Fleagle and his wife Faye, of Stow, OH, and Dennis Fleagle and his wife Marjorie, of Shippensburg, PA, three nephews and one niece. He was preceded in death by his step-father, Kenneth Reisinger.
