Robert “Bob” G. Signor, 92, of Gettysburg, died peacefully on September 27, 2026, at Paramount Senior Living. Born in Gettysburg on September 2, 1934, he graduated from Gettysburg Area High School in 1952 and served in the U.S. Army.

Signor began his banking career at Gettysburg National Bank and later worked at Arendtsville National Bank and ACNB Bank, where he retired as an auditor. He coached and served on the board of Gettysburg Little League, belonged to the Gettysburg High School Alumni Association, and volunteered with Meals on Wheels. He was also a member of American Legion Post 262 in Biglerville, Masonic Lodge 336 in Gettysburg and New Hope Faith Community. He had earlier been a member of St. James Lutheran Church.

His wife of 67 years, Faye, survives, along with daughter Amy E. Smith and son David R. Signor, both of Gettysburg; five grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by brothers William Signor and Howard Riley Jr. and stepfather Howard Riley Sr. Services will be private. Monahan Funeral Home is assisting the family.
