Robert K. Goetz, Jr., passed away on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.
Born August 10, 1949 in Gettysburg, PA to the late Robert K. and Alverta Landis Goetz, Sr.
He owned and operated Goetz Demolition and Excavating prior to retiring. Bobby was a huge Atlanta Braves fan and enjoyed attending games and talking baseball. He also enjoyed socializing with friends at various local clubs.
He is survived by his son Robert K. Goetz, III, and his wife Shannon, grandchildren Zander Goetz and Katie Goetz and her fiancé Paden Hunter, sister Becky Williams, nieces Dawn Williams, Amy Williams, and Chris, nephews Matthew Williams and his wife Tina and Michael Williams, two great-nieces, and a great-nephew.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by a half-sister, Kay (Goetz) Melsome, a half-brother, Gary Goetz, and a sister, Holly Ann Goetz.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 11:00 AM from Monahan Funeral Home in Gettysburg, PA with Rev. Kenneth Reid officiating. Interment will be in Flohr’s Cemetery.
