Robert L. Adams, age 89, of Shippensburg, died Tuesday, December 1, 2020 surrounded by his loving family at his home in Shippensburg. He was born November 30, 1931 in Shippensburg, the son of the late Edward and Adaline (Shirley) Adams. 

Robert served in the US Army. He was worked as a tank driver at Letterkenny Army Depot for several years. 

Robert is survived by his son, Timothy and wife Judy Adams of Shippensburg; daughter, Barbara Killian of Newburg; five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife who passed in March of 2013, Patricia (Hancock) Adams; and two sisters.

CJ is an intern at the Connection and a Senior at Gettysburg College. CJ played football and lacrosse in high school and and plays on the Bullets football team. He has worked as a scorer and social media representative for the Gettysburg College Athletics Communications Department, CJ is an Active Brother of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity where he served as rush chair and house manager.
