Sarah L. Musselman, 79, of Littlestown, passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at UPMC Memorial Hospital, York surrounded by her family. She was the loving wife of Harold K. Musselman who passed away on September 17, 2021.
Born April 11, 1945 in Westminster, MD, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Helen (Wantz) Sweitzer.
Sarah was a member of Shrewsbury Dunkard Brethren Church and was a hostess for many years at Ryanâs Steakhouse and Hossâs, both in Hanover. She enjoyed spending time with family, gardening, especially flowers, making candy and baking. Sarah was affectionately known as the “Cake Lady”.
She is survived by her daughters, Kathy “Kat” Linebaugh and husband Matthew, Littlestown and Lisa Unger, Bedford, PA; sister, Goldie Sweitzer; grandson, Trenton Unger; granddaughters, Ashlyn (Musselman) Potts, Cheyenne Unger, Bianca Linebaugh and Myka Linebaugh and great granddaughter, Scarlett Potts.
She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Stephen Unger and sister, Blanche Eberly.
A funeral service will be held Friday, January 31, 2025 at 11AM at Shrewsbury Dunkard Brethren Church, 216 N. Main St., Shrewsbury, PA. A time to share memories and an opportunity to view will be on Friday from 10 AM until the start of the service at the church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
