Sharon L. (Ruff) Keckler, 77, of Gettysburg, PA, died Friday morning, May 9, 2025, at the Gettysburg Hospital.
Born December 29, 1947 in Greensburg, PA she was the daughter of the late William and Alice (Henninger) Ruff. She was the wife of Barry F. Keckler, of Gettysburg to whom she was married to for 58 years.
Mrs. Keckler was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Gettysburg. She was a graduate of Greensburg-Salem High School. She worked as a secretary for Geological Survey in Reston VA.
In addition to her husband, Sharon is survived by two daughters, Candace Jennings, of Gettysburg, PA, Lydian Kessler and her husband Joseph, of New Oxford, PA, five grandchildren, Roland Jennings, Ashleigh Kessler, Logan Kessler, Breanna Kessler, Tavin Kessler, two great grandchildren, Samuel Jennings, Finley Jennings, and three siblings, Pamela Ruff, Kim Nicassio, and Kevin Ruff, all of Greensburg, PA
Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 15, 2025 at the Monahan Funeral Home, 125 Carlisle St., Gettysburg, PA. Interment will be in the Evergreen Cemetery, Gettysburg, PA.
