Tammy Louise Hepfer, age 47, of Chambersburg, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at her home in Chambersburg. She was born October 3, 1977, in York, PA, as the daughter of Ralph Frederick Hepfer and Rosetta M. (Starliper) White.
Tammy attended Faust Jr. High School in Chambersburg. In her spare time, Tammy enjoyed playing the lottery, taking care of animals, her garden, and property, and most of all, spending time with her family.
In addition to her mother, Tammy is survived by her step-father, Richard A. White; significant-other, Damon Arthur Hughes; five children, Kyra Shauf, Shanequa Woodley, Jason Shauf, Gunnar Hughes and Brecken Hughes; 13 grandchildren; two half-brothers, Robert Shenberger and Frederick Hepfer; two half-sisters, Amy Kuhn and Katrina Hepfer and several nieces and nephews. Tammy was preceded in death by her daughter, Kelsey Shauf, and her brother, Ralph Hepfer.
Professional services are entrusted to Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., Shippensburg. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 51 Asper Drive, Shippensburg, PA 17257. A Public Viewing will take place from 11:00 AM until the time of services. A Procession will follow the service to Salem United Brethren Church Cemetery in Chambersburg.
