Theresa was the beloved wife of Larry Fair of Gettysburg, PA, for 48 years. She was also the cherished mother of Cheryl Ferrara, John Podkrajac, and Joanne Wamsley. She was predeceased by her father John Aliyetti, mother Hazel Lee, brother John Aliyetti, son Walter (Wally) Podkrajac, and stepson Robert Fair.
Theresa is survived by her sister Julie Whalen, grandchildren Paul Ferrara, Darryl Fair, Matthew Ozenbaugh, Christopher Ozenbaugh, and Michael Johnson.
Theresa is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and other family across the country.
Theresa and Larry Fair ran the Home Sweet Home Motel in Gettysburg, PA for many years. Theresa then worked for Gettysburg Bus Tours until retirement. She was a proud member of the Gettysburg Chamber of Commerce and also the Gettysburg Travel Council Board. Some of her favorite things to do were crosstitch, crossword puzzles, reading and time with friends. We were all jealous of the way a slot machine loved her.
A ‘Celebration of Life’ will be held at the American Legion Post 202, 528 E Middle St, Gettysburg, at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 12th, for family and friends. Please come out and join us.
