
Bill was born on December 2nd, 1945 to the late Katherine and William Shriner Sr. He was a proud father and devoted husband. He shared 47 years of marriage with his wife Peggy.
Bill was retired in 2008, but was a dedicated employee at C.E. Williams, and Hamiltonban Township, then Cumberland Township from where he retired. He was a Hamiltonban Township supervisor and served on the Planning Commission for many years as well.
Some of Billâs passions were cars, money, mowing the lawn, eating food, and drinking Pepsi. He loved sport cars, especially Monte Carloâs! He was a proud owner of many!! Asides from his hobbies, Bill had a deep love for his family. His wife and daughter were his âeverything.â He also loved his grandkitties.
In addition to his wife, Bill is survived by his daughter and son in law, Jeannie and Miguel Carbajal of Orrtanna.
