The Marvelous Wonderettes brings four powerhouse voices, nonstop nostalgia, and prom night fun to Totem Pole Playhouse as it kicks off the theatre’s 75th Anniversary Season. Opening this week and running for just 12 performances, May 30–June 8, this jukebox musical is packed with 1950s and ’60s hits like “Lollipop,” “Stupid Cupid,” “It’s My Party,” and “Son of a Preacher Man.”
Set at a 1958 high school prom and a 10-year reunion, the show follows best friends Suzy, Missy, Betty Jean, and Cindy Lou as they face love, friendship, and big hair—all backed by over 30 retro classics.

The all-star cast includes Katie Sexton (The Play That Goes Wrong), Jessica Wagner (Phantom of the Opera tour), Carolyn Anne Miller (Frozen, Disney Cruise Lines, and Beth DeMichele (Pete the Cat). and Carly Paige Lafferty as the “Wonderstudy.” Directed by Producing Artistic Director Ryan B. Gibbs (Wicked, Rent, Disney Theatricals), the production features Choreography by Jenn Reed, Music Direction by Jane Best, Costumes by Lisa Liebetrau, and Scenic Design by James Fouchard.
