The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking volunteers to help monitor for illegal and suspicious activities in national parks and monuments across the country.
The new group of Park Watch Patrol volunteers will assist rangers with surveillance responsibilities, including the detection of any evidence of illegal or suspicious activity.
Volunteers will patrol park lands and boundaries, and report any suspicious behavior they see to on-duty Rangers.
