Pennelope Ann Roscoe was born sleeping at Hanover Hospital on Sept. 27, 2026. Her parents, Andrew and Brice (Gardner) Roscoe, had already welcomed her with love and said she will remain in their hearts.
She is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Travis and Juanita Gardner, and paternal grandparents, Elizabeth (Roth) and Scott Roscoe, along with other family members.
Private family services were arranged by Murphy-Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service in McSherrystown. The family asked that memorial donations be made to Sweet Grace Ministries or Hanover Hospital Maternity & Women’s Health in place of flowers. The organizations were chosen for the care and support they provide to mothers, babies and families.
