Record Turnout at 34th Annual Peach Festival in Biglerville

This weekend, Biglerville was abuzz with excitement as Hollabaugh’s Brothers Inc. 34th Annual Peach Festival drew an unprecedented number of visitors. The event saw crowds flock to enjoy the sunny weather and festive activities.

“The weather cleared up beautifully and people really took the opportunity to come out and enjoy the day,” said Kay Hollabaugh, who was thrilled with the turnout. “Saturday was particularly packed, even more so than Sunday, which is unusual for us.”

Attendees were treated to a variety of peach-themed delights, from peach pies served à la mode to refreshing peach slushies, sundaes, and milkshakes. The festival also offered a range of activities including live music, pick-your-own flowers, wagon rides featuring a farm tour, and face painting for the younger crowd.

Despite the large crowds, Hollabaugh was grateful for the patience shown by attendees as they navigated long lines and remote parking situations. “We’re so thankful for everyone’s patience and happy to see so many people enjoying the festival,” she added.

A portiont of the parking proceeds at the annual event will be contributed to the United Way of Adams County, supporting local community initiatives.
