The program features a wide-ranging selection of choral works spanning the Baroque period to contemporary repertoire, including music by J.S. Bach, John Rutter, Lucy Walker, Susan LaBarr, Cedric Dent, René Clausen, and others.

The Concordia Choir previously performed at the Seminary Chapel in 2011.

Founded in 1920, the 68-voice choir tours nationally and internationally and has appeared in nearly every major U.S. concert hall, including Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall. International tours have included Italy in 2022, with a performance at St. Peter’s Basilica, and performances across Norway and Sweden in 2025.

In 2024, CollegeRank.net named The Concordia Choir one of the 10 most impressive college choirs in the United States.

The choir is conducted by Michael Culloton, a 1998 graduate of Concordia College and associate professor of music. Culloton has directed Concordia’s choral activities since 2020, succeeding Clausen following his 34-year tenure. He also serves as artistic director of the Emmy®-winning Concordia Christmas Concerts, which draw annual audiences of more than 12,000.
