Empower your children to transition into a new school year with age-appropriate tools that help regulate the nervous system, calm big emotions, strengthen the body and mind, foster imagination and build a strong sense of community connection.
This fall, RISE Yoga Gettysburg will offer a weekly program to support social emotional health and wellness for elementary school age children, incorporating creative movement, yoga and mindfulness. No prior experience required!
