Gettysburg’s sweetest summer tradition returns this month as the Seventh Annual Ice Cream Walk takes place on Tuesday, August 19. The event invites participants to enjoy five mini ice cream cones from a selection of local shops—all while supporting a good cause.
For just $10, ice cream lovers can sample five small 1.5-ounce cones from any of seven participating locations. Proceeds will benefit the Healthy Adams County Physical Fitness Task Force, which promotes active lifestyles and wellness initiatives throughout the community.
Tickets will be available beginning July 14 at Mr. G’s Gift Shop and Baltimore Hill Creamery.
Participating shops include:
- Baltimore Hill Creamery, 252 Baltimore St. (open 11 a.m. – 9 p.m.)
- Cone Sweet Cone, 433 Baltimore St. (2 p.m. – 9 p.m.)
- Friendly’s, 445 Steinwehr Ave. (11 a.m. – 9 p.m.)
