On Sunday, 3/5/23 at 3:18 am, Cumberland Township Police were dispatched to the 1100 Blk of Ridge Rd for a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival police came upon a single vehicle crash. Police determined a 2011 Ford SDN was traveling north on Ridge Rd and left the roadway for unknown reasons, striking a tree.
The vehicle was occupied by three subjects. The subjects provided conflicting reports on who was driving and did not cooperate with police during the investigation.
Police requested EMS respond to the scene due to injuries. Barlow Fire Department and Adams Regional EMS responded.
Two occupants were transported to York Hospital and one was transported to Gettysburg Hospital. The vehicle was towed from the scene. Police are continuing to investigate this incident and are asking that anyone who witnessed this crash contact investigating officer Lane Hartley at 717-334-8101.
