The Hoosiers stayed perfect behind a last-minute touchdown drive led by Heisman Trophy favorite Fernando Mendoza. Despite a strong defensive showing early, the Lions couldn’t contain the Indiana quarterback and the Hoosiers’ excellent receiving corps at crucial points.
