As the holiday season approaches, the Salvation Army-Gettysburg Service Center is preparing for its annual Red Kettle Campaign—an effort that brings hope, compassion, and essential support to individuals and families in need throughout our community.
We are currently seeking volunteers to serve as bell ringers and help make this year’s campaign a success. Just a few hours of your time can make a meaningful difference. Every ring of the bell helps provide warm meals, emergency assistance, shelter, and programs that change lives year-round in Adams County.
How you can help:
- Volunteer for a 1 1/2 hour shift (or more!) at our local kettle location,Walmart
- Bring a friend or family member to ring with you
- Spread holiday cheer while supporting a great cause
Your time and kindness directly impact the lives of our neighbors who need it most.
If you’re willing to volunteer or want more information, please contact Laura Geesaman at LGees1990@gmail.com or 717-253-0511. There are only 20 timeslots left so don’t delay.
Thank you for helping us share hope and brighten the season for those in need. Together, we can make this holiday a little warmer for everyone.
