Gettysburg resident Will Lane will present a one-hour program of original songs at St. James Lutheran Church on the corner of York and Stratton Streets in Gettysburg on On Sunday, September 25 at 4:00 p.m.
The songs have their roots in many years of community organizing and work with students both inside and outside the classroom. They celebrate family and community but also explore the challenges raised by the crisis in our relationships with the natural world and, lately now in the United States and elsewhere, with one another.
They are offered as part of St. James’s eight-week long “Season of Creation.”
The concert is free and the public is invited to attend.
A freewill offering will be collected to benefit the Gettysburg Green Gathering Scholarship Fund which provides support for environmental education.
