Joining Muskus with all-conference laurels were senior midfielder Molly O’Shea (Reading, Pa./Wilson), senior defender Kelly Gaudian (Arlington, Va./Washington-Lee), senior forward Emma Bedell (Chatham, N.J./Mount Saint Mary), and midfielder Grace Slevin (Virginia Beach, Va./Frank W. Cox). O’Shea and Gaudian were both tabbed to the second team, while Bedell and Slevin were honorable mention selections.

In addition, freshman midfielder Julia Hunter (Winchester, Va./Sherando) was named to the Centennial Conference All-Sportsmanship Team.

Muskus closed out an astonishing career as one of the best forwards for the Bullets program. She ranks first in program history in game-winning goals (12), fifth in goals (26), and seventh in points with 62 (26 goals, 10 assists) in 52 career games. The senior captain, who garnered her second first-team all-conference nod and third of her career, is tied for first in single-season history in game-winning goals with five that occurred in 2019. This season, Muskus led the Orange and Blue in points (eight goals, one assist) and goals, and ranked tied for seventh in the conference in points. She registered a two-goal performance and fifth of her career in the 2-0 victory at Lebanon Valley College. Muskus accumulated at least one point in eight of 16 games.

O’Shea picked up her first second-team all-conference nod after landing honorable mention in 2019. The captain helped orchestrate the midfield in 16 games started, gathering two goals and two assists for six points. She dished out one assist at LVC and the other in the 3-1 victory against Washington College. Her first tally and game-winner of the season came in a 1-0 win against St. Mary’s College of Maryland, while her second tally was in the 3-0 shutout at Catholic University. With the NCAA allowing an extra year of eligibility due to the pandemic, O’Shea took a gap semester in 2020 and will be playing for the Bullets again next fall.

Gaudian collected her second consecutive second-team all-conference accolade as she fronted a defense that posted seven shutouts, and a 0.63 goals-against average, which ranks fifth-best in single-season program history. The captain helped the defensive unit limit its opponents to 11 goals in 17 games, and never allowed a team to score more than two goals in a game. Gaudian tallied her lone goal and third of her career in the 1-1 draw at Franklin & Marshall College.

Bedell, who claimed her second career honorable mention laurel, was a vital player for the Bullets squad this season. She corralled a career-setting season in goals (five), assists (five), and points (15) and finished behind Muskus in points while ranking first on the team in assists. She dished out her first of the season and second career two-assist performance in the 2-1 win at Muhlenberg College. Bedell also posted a career-best three game-winning goals against Elizabethtown College, Shenandoah University, and Bryn Mawr College. For her career, she appeared in 53 games with 51 starts, eight goals and 11 assists for 27 points.

Slevin registered her first all-conference honor as she started in all 17 games for the Bullets this season. The junior produced three goals and one assist for seven points, and one game-winning goal. She netted her first goal of the season at Shenandoah and collected her first two-goal performance of her career in the trilling 2-1 win at Muhlenberg College, helping the Bullets clinch the fifth seed in the conference playoffs.

Gettysburg posted an 11-4-2 overall record and a 5-3-2 conference mark on the season. The Bullets made their tenth appearance in 11 seasons in the CC tournament and earned weekly regional rankings from the United Soccer Coaches (USC) and the NCAA Division III poll.
