SELINSGROVE, Pa. The Gettysburg College women’s indoor track and field team competed at the Susquehanna Invitational on Saturday, racking up four top-10 finishes.
No team scoring was kept at the meet, which featured Division I, II, and III.

Meet Highlights
- The 4×200-meter team of freshmen Lauren DiOttavio (Romansville, Pa./Downingtown West Campus), junior Anna Lopez (Lutherville Timonium, Md./Dulaney), sophomore Emily O’Hara (Chester Springs, Pa./Downingtown), and junior Lily Morrell (Frederick, Md./Urbana) finished fifth with a time of 1:55.21.
- Komst, who also competes on the Gettysburg softball team, set a personal-record in the shot put, tossing 35-06.75 to finish sixth among 50 competitors. Her mark now ranks ninth in program history.
- Sophomore Emma Bernstein (Bethlehem, Pa./Saucon Valley), freshmen Emily Trout (Ocean View, Del./Sussex Academy), O’Hara, and senior Georgia Larzelere (Medford, N.J./Shawnee) collected sixth-place in the 4×400-meter relay by clocking 4:26.42 among 16 competitors.
- In her first career 5,000-meter run, Berger claimed eighth-place by crossing the finish line in 20:08.49. Senior Ashlyn Booher (Boiling Springs, Pa./Boiling Springs) and sophomore Claira Royce (Canton, N.Y./Hugh C. Williams) also competed in the event and placed 12th (20:23.28) and 14th (20:47.62), respectively.
- DiOttavio placed 12th in the 60-meter dash with a time of 8.25 out of 65 competitors.
- In the 3,000-meter run, Kathrin O’Brien (Lynchburg, Va./Virginia Episcopal) set a PR by 20 seconds to finish 14th among 33 runners with an 11:13.63 time.
- Sophomore Alexa Schauder (Cedar Knolls, N.J./Whippany Park) and junior Cassidy Callahan (Fitchburg, Mass./Oakmont Regional) both competed in the pole vault and cleared 9-00.25 to finish 13th and 15th, respectively.

Gettysburg picks up its schedule Feb. 26-27 at the Centennial Conference Indoor Championship, hosted by Ursinus College.
