By the Numbers

  • Four of Gettysburg’s last five foes have been nationally-ranked at some point this season. The Bullets faced No. 9 New York University at the Penn College Duals last weekend and squared off with No. 15 Messiah College last night. Washington & Lee was ranked as high as 24th this season, while Muhlenberg came into the weekend 21st in the country.
  • Devlin secured career win No. 103, breaking a tie for Matt Spano ’14 for fifth on Gettysburg’s all-time list. Next up on the list is former teammate Colin Kowalski ’19, who sits fourth with 109 victories. Devlin is 23-3 this season.
  • Martin moved his record to 23-10 with his win against Muhlenberg. The sophomore moved into a tie with Kowalski for the fourth-most pins in a single-season in program history. Lenny Ogazalek ’18 holds the Bullets’ single-season mark with 19 pins in 2017-18.
  • Larson upped his season record to 18-10. The junior has won six of his last seven bouts and is on the cusp of his first career 20-win season.

The Series
With its win, Washington & Lee tied the all-time series with Gettysburg 11-11. Muhlenberg ended a 10-match skid to the Bullets with its first win since 2008-09. The Bullets hold a 38-19 edge over the Mules all-time.
