SALEM, Va. The Gettysburg College wrestling team’s first trip back to the mat will have to wait a few more days with the cancellation of a tri-meet hosted by Roanoke College on Jan. 8.
Gettysburg was slated to face off with the Maroons and Greensboro College to open the second half of the season, but Roanoke has suspended all on-campus activities, which includes Saturday’s wrestling matches.
The Bullets are now slated to kick off the new year at Elizabethtown College on Wednesday, Jan. 12, at 7 p.m.
