The Gettysburg YWCA has announced it will be hosting a CPR training course aimed at enhancing community health and safety. This session, certified by the American Red Cross, is scheduled for May 3, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The course is designed to equip participants with the skills necessary to perform adult CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED). It’s an opportunity for individuals to either get certified for the first time or renew their existing certification.

Registration fees are $38 for YWCA staff, $62 for YWCA members, and $78 for insurance members or non-members. Prospective attendees are encouraged to register quickly, as the class size is limited to 10 students.
Those interested in participating can secure their spot by registering through the YWCA Gettysburg’s official website. The course promises comprehensive training, including hands-on practice led by qualified instructors, ensuring that participants leave prepared to handle emergency situations effectively.
