The New Oxford girls’ tennis team moved one step closer to a Pennsylvania State AAA championship on Friday, defeating Wissahickon by a score of 3-1. Number one player Anya Rosenbach, a junior, Yiyi Huang, by a 6-1, 6-1 to open the match. Kaelyn Balko also won in straight sets for the Colonials before the doubles tandem of Alex Wolf and Joslyn Loss secured the win with a 6-1, 7-5 win.
