Holding the sign in the above photo is Charlie Tully, the winner of the 2023 Heritage Festival childrens’ bicycle prize. To be entered in the prize drawing, children had to register a ride online or participate in the Kid’s Bicycle Parade at the Heritage Festival, where they could submit several entries.
Tully received $350 of store credit at Gettysburg Bicycle and Fitness, to help with the purchase of a new bicycle.
Thrivent Financial provided an incentive $250 store credit and Healthy Adams Bicycle/Pedestrian, Inc. (HABPI) provided $100 in store credit.
