Upper Adams Community Cares (UACC) has assembled a slate of candidates for the May 20 primary.
These are the bipartisan candidates for Upper Adams School District (UASD) board of school directors:

Kay Hollabaugh, Deb Steckler, Eric Markle, Rachel Elliott and John Lindemulder of which voters can select four.
These candidates represent a wide swath of the district’s geographic area.
UACC is a group of concerned and engaged community citizens that has spent several months finding and vetting these bipartisan candidates who recognize that public school education is not political or religion based and will provide reasoned and sensible leadership to UASD.
Each of the candidates UACC has selected has or has had children attending the district schools. These candidates are vested in the success of the district’s schools and understand the fundamental importance of education to our community, the Commonwealth, and the nation. They understand and respect public school education and recognize that successful education depends on a safe and secure environment for students, professional and dedicated educators, parents devoted to the education of all community children, and fair and open-minded school directors who understand and respect the different roles of school directors and district educators.
