In the off-year municipal race in which about 25 percent of the eligible voters came out, the outcomes of over 120 races have now been determined.

Adams County
In the race for Adams County Commissioner, incumbents Jim Martin (R), Randy Phiel (R), and Marty Qually (D) have been reelected. The commission will continue to have two Republican and one Democratic members.
John Phillips (R) has defeated Paul Kellett (D) in the race for County Controller
In uncontested county races Beverly Boyd (R) has been reelected as county Prothonotary, Patricia Felix as Coroner, Karen Heflin (R) as Register/Recorder, and Brian Sinnett (R) as District Attorney.
Biglerville.
In the race for Mayor, Philip R Wagner (R) has defeated Christine M. Ecker (NA).
Carroll Valley
In the race for borough council member, the winners are John H. Shubring (R), Michael Wight (R), Bruce Carr (R), and Jessica Kraft (R)
Cumberland Township
For township supervisor, the winners are Tiffany Stouck Ramsburg (R) and Jeffrey P. Brauning (R).
East Berlin
For borough council member, the winners are Charles W. Krall (R), Robbie Teal (R), Donald B. Dixon (R), and James A. Levan (R).
Gettysburg
In Gettysburg Borough, Council members Wesley Heyser (D/R), Jacob W. Schndel (D/R), Matthew Moon (D), and John D. Lawver Jr. (R) have been elected in uncontested races.
In the race for the third ward council seat, Judie Butterfield (R) has narrowly defeated Vandessa Johnson (D) by 159 to 154 votes.
Gettysburg Area School District School Board
For the four-year terms, the winners are AmyBeth Hodges (D/R), Timon K. Linn (D/R), Tim Seigman (D/R), and Alan E. Moyer (D/R).
For the two-year term, the winner is Amy-Beth Hodges (D/R).
Littlestown Area School District
For School Director at Large the winners are Jennifer McClay (D/R), Yancy D. Unger (D/R),
Jeanne C. Ewen (D/R), Robert A. Hahn (R), and Shari Collins Kruger (R).
McSherrystown
In the race for McSherrystown borough council members, the winners are William F. Smith (D/R), Mark Lookenbill (D/R), Daniel Colgan (D/R), and Joseph E. Von Sas (R).
