Tell your friends

After an extended period meeting in the middle school auditorium, the Gettysburg Area School Board moved back to its boardroom in the District Administration Building on Biglerville Rd.

Superintendent Jason Perrin gave each board member a certificate and thanked them for the work they do.

The board voted on a revised Health and Safety plan and approved a research project for Caitlyn McBride, Family and Consumer Science Teacher at the Gettysburg Area Middle School.

The board also discussed upcoming facility projects, the capital improvement program, and approved several motions.

There were no public comments.

The next regularly scheduled board meeting will be on Monday Feb. 7.

  • I’m just curious, what does family and consumer science cover, exactly!?
I’d also like to know, how does one find details on the approved revised Health and safety plan, and what the several other motions were approved for?
